This Subscription Agreement is entered into between individual users and the operator of Grimzy mobile application. This agreement governs all subscription services, member rights, coin benefit rules, payment terms, auto-renewal rules and relevant service clauses when you purchase paid subscription membership within the Grimzy iOS AI photo-to-short-video application.
Before purchasing any subscription service, please carefully read and fully understand all terms of this agreement. Your completion of subscription payment means that you have voluntarily accepted and agreed to abide by all clauses stipulated in this agreement.
1.1 Service Overview
Grimzy provides time-limited paid subscription membership services for users, aiming to offer users more cost-effective virtual coin resources for daily AI video creation. All core AI video generation functions of the app remain consistent for ordinary users and subscribed members, without providing unlimited free video generation privileges for subscribed users.
After successful subscription activation, users can receive exclusive virtual coin rewards issued in a one-time manner immediately, and the unit price of virtual coins obtained through official subscription packages is significantly more favorable than purchasing coins through standalone one-time purchase channels inside the app.
1.2 Core Privacy Commitment
During the whole process of subscription payment, order verification and membership service use, the App does not collect any facial information from users under any circumstances, and we will never share any of your personal data with third-party AI service providers in any form. All subscription order data, payment records and user creation behaviors are only verified locally and via the official Apple payment system, and no private user data will be transmitted to external servers or third-party platforms.
We provide multiple conventional auto-renewable subscription options adapted to Apple App Store rules, including weekly subscription, monthly subscription and annual subscription. Each subscription package matches a fixed amount of exclusive virtual coins, and detailed benefit rules are listed as follows:
One-time Coin Distribution Rule: Once your subscription payment is confirmed and approved by Apple official payment system, the corresponding number of exclusive membership coins will be automatically issued to your local app account at one time immediately. No delayed distribution, graded distribution or conditional distribution will be implemented for subscription coin benefits.
Price Advantage of Subscription Coins: Compared with ordinary single coin purchase packages inside Grimzy, all coins obtained via subscription membership enjoy obvious price discounts. Users can acquire more virtual coins with the same payment budget by choosing subscription services, which effectively reduces the overall cost of long-term AI short video creation.
Normal Function Usage Rules: During the valid period of your subscription membership, all AI video creation operations still follow the app's original built-in coin consumption mechanism. The subscription service only provides discounted coin resources and does not change the original usage rules of all functional modules of the application.
All subscription services of Grimzy adopt Apple official standard auto-renewal mechanism, and all billing behaviors comply with Apple App Store review guidelines and iOS payment specifications. We do not independently set up any third-party payment channel or private billing system.
Auto-renewal Billing Mechanism: Your subscription membership will be automatically renewed 24 hours before the current subscription period expires. The payment will be automatically deducted from your bound Apple ID account. You will receive an official billing reminder from Apple before each automatic deduction.
Subscription Cancellation Method: You can turn off auto-renewal function at any time through your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Grimzy. If you cancel auto-renewal before the current subscription period expires, your membership rights and remaining virtual coins can still be used normally until the end of the current valid period; no partial refund will be provided for the unused subscription period.
Price Adjustment Notice: In case of subsequent subscription price adjustment, we will display the updated price information on the app subscription page in advance. The new price will only take effect when the next subscription cycle is renewed, and will not affect the ongoing current subscription order.
Payment Processing Channel: All subscription payments are completed independently by Apple official payment system. We cannot obtain your bank card number, Apple Pay password, billing address and other sensitive payment information. We only receive order verification results from Apple to confirm coin issuance and membership activation status.
Order Failure & Reissue Rules: If coin distribution fails due to network fluctuation or Apple official system delay after successful payment, you can contact our official support email with your Apple order number. We will manually verify the order and reissue corresponding virtual coins for free within 48 hours.
Regional Price Difference: Subscription prices are subject to the pricing standard displayed on your local App Store page, which will be adjusted according to regional tax policies and Apple official regional billing rules. We do not support manual price modification or regional price matching requests from users.
All refund applications for Grimzy subscription services are governed by Apple's official refund rules, as all payment transactions are completed on Apple's closed payment platform. We have no independent authority to approve or reject user refund requests.
Users can submit refund applications only through Apple App Store official customer service or Apple Support platform. We will actively cooperate with Apple to provide corresponding order background information when receiving official verification requests from Apple.
Refund applications caused by personal improper operation (including accidental subscription, no demand for coins after purchase, unused membership period) will follow Apple's final judgment result. Once the subscription order is refunded successfully, we have the right to recycle all virtual coins issued by this subscription order and suspend corresponding membership benefits synchronously.
All subscription virtual coins and membership rights are only limited to personal daily use on your single iOS device bound with your Apple ID. Users are not allowed to sell, transfer, gift or resell app virtual coins and subscription membership benefits to third parties for commercial purposes.
Users shall not use plug-ins, cheating tools, modified app clients or other abnormal means to obtain subscription coins or membership benefits for free. Once abnormal operation behaviors are detected, we have the right to clear abnormal virtual coins and suspend partial app function access temporarily.
You agree not to use the video content generated by Grimzy subscription membership for illegal, pornographic, infringing and other prohibited scenarios. We reserve the right to terminate your subscription service qualification permanently if you violate relevant usage regulations.
We reserve the right to update subscription package types, coin distribution quantity and agreement clauses appropriately along with app function iteration. Updated agreement terms will be synchronously displayed on the app official agreement page. Continued use of subscription services after agreement updates means you accept the revised clauses.
All user creation data and subscription order information are always protected locally. The App does not collect any facial information from users under any circumstances, and we will never share any of your personal data with third-party AI service providers in any form.

All subscription services shall comply with both this subscription agreement and the app's official privacy policy. If individual clauses of this agreement are deemed invalid due to official rule adjustments, the remaining clauses still remain legally effective.
