This End User License Agreement is concluded between you and Grimzy App operator. This agreement regulates all terms related to your download, installation, access and use of the Grimzy iOS application, including basic service rules, user behavior specifications, intellectual property statements, permission usage rules, paid service terms and privacy protection commitments.
By downloading, installing and opening this application, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to all contents of this user agreement. If you do not accept any terms herein, please stop using Grimzy immediately and uninstall the application from your iOS device.
1.1 Core Service Introduction
Grimzy is a local AI-powered photo-to-short-video tool exclusively designed for iOS devices. It supports users to upload single static images, input customized text prompts to adjust video style, camera movement tracks and scene special effects, and generates dynamic short videos automatically via built-in local AI algorithms.
The app provides one-click local export and mainstream social platform sharing functions, serving ordinary users, content creators and e-commerce merchants with zero professional video editing threshold. All AI computing tasks run locally on user devices instead of remote cloud servers.
1.2 Account-Free Usage Rule
Grimzy adopts a complete account-free usage mode. Users do not need to register accounts, bind mobile phone numbers, verify email addresses or log in with third-party social accounts to use all core functions including image upload, AI video generation, video preview and local export. We do not create any independent user profile for you throughout the usage process, and all your operation records and creation files are only stored locally on your own device.
The App does not collect any facial information from users under any circumstances, and we will never share any of your personal data with third-party AI service providers in any form.
Grimzy only applies for the minimum necessary iOS system permissions to ensure normal operation of core functions, and we will never apply for redundant device permissions without reasonable service purposes. All permission access behaviors are initiated only after your explicit manual authorization, and we will not access relevant device functions in the background without permission.
Photo Album Permission: This permission is used for two core scenarios only: allowing you to select and upload local images for video creation, and saving your finished AI-generated short videos to your iOS photo album. We will not actively scan, read or obtain other irrelevant pictures, videos or album files in your device photo album without your active selection.
Network Permission: Network access is only used for official in-app purchase order verification, subscription membership validity verification and app version update detection. We will not upload your uploaded images, generated videos, text prompt content and other personal creation data through network channels.
All content produced by users on Grimzy belongs to independent local storage, and we fully respect your ownership and disposal rights of all original and generated files. We will not conduct any background acquisition or processing on your personal creation content.
Local Storage Mechanism: All original images you upload and all AI dynamic videos generated by the App are permanently stored only on your local iOS device, with no automatic cloud backup, server caching or remote synchronization functions built in the App. Our background server has no access authority to any of your local creation files.
Independent Deletion Right: You have full authority to manage all local creation files freely. You can preview, export, share or permanently delete any uploaded images and generated videos at any time inside the App. Once files are deleted, all data will be completely erased from your device without any residual copies retained by us.
User Ownership Confirmation: All videos created by you using Grimzy belong to your personal property. We will not use, copy, modify or distribute your personal creation content for commercial or non-commercial purposes without your explicit written consent.
Grimzy provides two types of paid services for users to unlock advanced creation rights: one-time coin purchase and auto-renewable subscription membership. All paid services follow Apple App Store unified payment specifications, and all transactions are completed through Apple official payment system independently.
Virtual Coin Purchase Service: Users can purchase virtual coins via one-time payment to consume corresponding coins for AI video generation. All payment data is only verified by Apple official platform, and we cannot obtain any sensitive payment information of users.
Subscription Membership Service: Subscription users can obtain a fixed number of virtual coins issued one time after successful payment, and the unit price of coins obtained by subscription is more cost-effective than one-time individual purchase. The subscription only provides preferential virtual coin benefits, and does not change the original coin consumption rules for all video generation functions in the App.
Advanced Unlocked Rights: Paid users can unlock exclusive advanced functions including HD video export, watermark-free video output and exclusive built-in creative materials. All advanced function unlocking information is stored locally, and we will not bind paid records to any personal user data.
5.1 App Built-in Resources Copyright
All built-in resources of Grimzy, including but not limited to AI dynamic lens effects, scene transitions, video special effects, built-in material templates and UI design elements, have complete official copyright authorization. We strictly screen all internal materials to avoid any third-party copyright infringement risks, fully complying with Apple App Store review requirements and global copyright laws.
5.2 User Content Copyright Responsibility
You shall bear full legal responsibility for all images you upload and all videos you generate via Grimzy. You promise that all uploaded original images do not infringe the portrait rights, copyrights, trademark rights and other legitimate rights and interests of any third party. You shall not use this App to produce, spread or share illegal, pornographic, violent, infringing and other prohibited content. We reserve the right to restrict partial App usage functions if you violate relevant regulations.
Grimzy minimizes access to all external third-party services to eliminate potential privacy leakage risks. The App does not integrate any third-party data statistics SDK, advertising SDK, tracking SDK or external cloud AI service interface. All AI video rendering and dynamic effect calculation are completed independently by local algorithms built in the App. We will never transmit any user operation data, creation content and personal information to external third-party platforms.
Throughout all service links, the App does not collect any facial information from users under any circumstances, and we will never share any of your personal data with third-party AI service providers in any form.
When using Grimzy, you agree not to conduct the following prohibited behaviors. Once any violation is confirmed, we have the right to restrict or terminate your use of this App permanently without any refund compensation:
Reverse engineering, decompiling, modifying, cracking the App program code or developing derivative plug-ins and auxiliary tools targeting this App;
Maliciously brushing virtual coins, using cheating tools to bypass normal coin consumption rules, or reselling account virtual coins and subscription membership benefits for commercial profits;
Using the App to produce and spread illegal, harmful, discriminatory or infringing content that violates public order and good customs;
Maliciously attacking the App service, interfering with normal local operation of the App, or conducting behaviors that damage the App operation ecosystem.
We guarantee the daily normal operation of the App, but we do not promise that the App will be completely free of interruption, bugs or errors. Temporary service exceptions caused by iOS system version updates, device hardware failures or network environment fluctuations do not belong to our service liability scope.
We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses caused by user's improper operation, unauthorized modification of the App, or third-party tool interference.
We are not responsible for any copyright disputes, legal disputes and economic losses arising from user's uploaded images and self-generated video content.
We have the right to revise and update this user agreement appropriately with App function iteration, iOS official policy adjustment and platform rule changes. The latest updated agreement will be displayed on the fixed user agreement page inside Grimzy. Your continued use of the App after the update takes effect means that you accept the revised agreement terms.

This User Agreement is an integral part of Grimzy Privacy Policy and Subscription Agreement. All three documents complement each other and jointly constrain your use of all services of this App. If individual clauses of this agreement are invalid due to official policy adjustments, other remaining clauses will still remain effective continuously.
